Below you will find an overview of the type of commissions I usually take on. Prices are presented with and without tax. The Dutch Tax rate of 21% is being followed.

02. 2D STREAMING SCENE ELEMENTS

02.1 Animatics

Animations in a loop that can be used for a variety of things, such as different scenes for streaming. Base price is based on a low complexity (limited amount of animated elements).

03. FANTASY ILLUSTRATION

03.1 Cartography

An illustration of a location, such as the map of a kingdom or province, or even a whole continent, of your original fantasy setting. Elements such as original iconography can affect the pricing.Completion time of a map can currently take up to, at least, two-and-a-half months or more.

03.2 Iconography

Illustrations such as the coat of arms of a faction, holy emblems, flags, and more. If it becomes clear that a a design or series of designs will become quite complex, a higher price range may be considered and discussed.The final invoice might include an additional fee if extensive work is done on one or more designs if it extends the expected work for one design extensively. Around €20,-per hour (vat excluded)[added: 4/27/3026]Completion time can vary, depending on the expected amount of work, concept pieces that might have to made, research, and the actual drawing and rendering.

☆●☆● TERMS OF SERVICE FOR NIEKSTRADAMUS ●☆●☆

This agreement is between myself, Niekstradamus, as the ‘’Artist’’, and you, the ‘’Client’’.Failure to comply with the Terms of Service may result in the Client being banned from any future commissions.I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to request clarification with the Artist if they, the Client, are unsure about any of the policy.☆● GENERAL TERMS ●☆- Use of my artwork for AI training (and so forth), NFTs, and/or cryptocurrencies is prohibited.
- I have the right to decline any commission requests.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own.☆● COMMISSIONS & PRODUCT DELIVERY ●☆- Commission turnaround will depend on the type of commission. I usually work on weekdays.
- Commission application will be cancelled if the Client does not confirm within 7 work days.
- Commission slot is reserved and work time starts after type of payment is settled.
- I have the right to decline any commission request: see Refund & Cancellation.
- I work based on the closest deadline.
- Generally, all commissions are delivered digitally, in the file type that is conform the type of commission.
- There are no progress updates for SKEB* commissions.
- Work flow (for non-SKEB commissions) varies on the type of commission. As such, I, the Artist, cannot give an example of a consistent work flow.
- Higher complexity will take more time to be finished.*A style of commission where the artist keeps progress under wraps, and the final product upon completion is considered a ‘surprise’.☆● PAYMENT POLICY ●☆In General- Payment will be done after I send you, the Client, an invoice via PayPal (you will receive an invoice detailing the cost over mail).
- All prices are listed in EUR (USD based on exchange rate).
- I accept payment via PayPal or via Bank Transfer (Netherlands only)
- Tax (21% based on Dutch tax laws) is not included in the prices on this website. The calculation of tax is included in the quota and invoice.
- Payment planning can be discussed, this option is only available to commissions above 200eur (min of 100eur per instalment)Private Commission Fee- Additional fee of 25% over the total commission cost.
- Progress on private commissions is not shown during stream or on any of the Artist’s other social media pages;
- And/or the final product is not showcased on my social media pages and/or public portfolios within 30 days of completion;
- And/or the final product is not showcased on my social media pages and/or public portfolios at any time.High Priority Fee- Additional fee of 40% over the total commission cost.
- Rushed commission fees will be required if the deadline is under 1 week, even if the deadline is for a draft version the Client wishes to use while the final artwork or design is still considered work in progress.Other Charges- Complexity of the design may increase the commission cost, percentages of these charges over the total commission cost can vary:
- Purchase of any specific software licence(s) required for the commission may increase the commission cost.
- Design (concept) work such as, but not limited to: a new character, mascot, outfit without reference.☆● REFUND & CANCELLATION ●☆Partial refunds and cancellations can only be issued in the following circumstance(s), such as:1) I, the Artist, am the one to cancel the commission/am unable to complete the commission for any reason during the project.Full refunds and cancellations can only be issued in the following circumstance(s), such as:1) Work on the commission has not started within [the following period of time in number + months] after payment
2) The Client issues a cancellation within 30 days of payment (date of the invoice) before any work on the commission has begun.The Client is prohibited from requesting or submitting a payment charge back under any circumstances. Doing so will be considered a violation towards the Terms of Service.☆● USAGE RIGHTS ●☆- I, the Artist, own the intellectual property rights and copyrights to the artwork(s) and any original designs. Intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belong to their respective owners.
- Commissioned artwork(s) are for personal use only. Otherwise, Client(s) pay a commercial rights fee as stated.
- I, the Artist, have the rights to stream my work in progress and showcase the final artwork on Twitch and/or other social media pages. The Client(s) may pay a private commission fee as stated above.
- The Client is prohibited from editing, copying, duplicating, redistributing and/or reselling any commissioned products, meant for personal use or otherwise.
- Commercial use is limited to streaming and social media platforms only.
